As we near completion of your project, we schedule a walkthrough with you to accommodate any last changes or tweaks you desire; we also note all items remaining incomplete. Now we enter the warranty period where we provide you a full standard home warranty for the first year.

We’re not done upon completion of your project; once completed, we will schedule a meeting with you to discuss your desires and needs for home maintenance.
